Ingredients:
Rice - 1cups
Moong dal/Pesara Pappu - 1 cup
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida-- pinch
Ghee-optional
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Wash rice and moong dal in a bowl and add water.
Add salt, turmeric and asefoetida mix it.Cook the rice.
Serve hot with peanut chutney/coconut chutney/stuffed brinjal curry/ pacchi pulusu.
